Order Processing & Handling

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday).

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 04:00 PM (NZST) will be processed starting that same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM (NZST), or on weekends/holidays, will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Rates & Special Offers

We want to provide the best value to our customers.

Free Shipping Offer: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders.

Delivery Estimates 

Once your order has been processed and handed to the carrier, the following transit times apply:

Standard Transit Time: 4 to 12 business days. 

Please note: While we strive to meet these timelines, delivery ranges are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations.

Transit Time: International shipments typically take 7 to 16 business days to arrive.

Customs, Duties & Taxes: For international orders, you (the customer) are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or VAT fees charged by your country's customs department. Zelvio is not responsible for these charges.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

We are committed to your satisfaction.

Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the item and contact us immediately at hello@tryzelvio.com. We will arrange a replacement free of charge.

Lost Packages: If your tracking number shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, please check around your property and with neighbors. If it is still missing after 48 hours, contact us so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
