How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery within the United States takes 3 to 9 business days. International orders typically arrive within 7 to 16 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us right away at hello@tryzelvio.com with photos of the damage. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no need to ship the damaged item back.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, you can cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Email us at hello@tryzelvio.com with your order number and we'll process the cancellation.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?


Yes, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. However, if your item arrived damaged or incorrect, we cover the cost — no return shipping required.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive your returned item, we'll process your refund within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3 to 5 days for your bank to post the refund to your account.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to select international destinations. Please note that any import duties, taxes, or VAT fees charged by your country's customs department are the responsibility of the customer. Zelvio is not responsible for these charges.
