We stand behind our supplements with a full 120-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, even if the first bottle is opened or used, we will refund 100% of your purchase price.

Return Conditions

At Zelvio, we want you to feel confident in your wellness journey. You have 120 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To ensure a fair and sustainable process, our return policy applies to your first opened bottle of any supplement, alongside any remaining unopened bottles in your order. We do not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.

How to Request a Refund

Step 1: Contact Us First
Email us at hello@tryzelvio.com within 120 days of receiving your order. Please include your Order Number and a brief mention that you would like to process a return.

Step 2: Ship Your Items Back
Package the products securely and mail them to our dedicated return processing facility at the address below. Please note: Customers are responsible for purchasing their own return shipping label from their preferred carrier.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Because returns are processed at our New Zealand headquarters, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund
Once we receive your return at our New Zealand facility, we will inspect it and process your refund within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please do not simply return it. Instead, contact us at hello@tryzelvio.com with photos of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately—no return shipping required for damaged or defective items.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed and shipped. Email hello@tryzelvio.com with your order number to request a cancellation.
